Abilene ISD to Incentive Employees With Vaccine Covid-19 Stipend

ABILENE – In an effort to increase the Covid-19 vaccination levels inside the district, Abilene ISD has announced a Voluntary Vaccine Program.

The program will provide all vaccinated employees with a $1,000 stipend if they are fully vaccinated by November 8th.

Employees who are part of the program will see the payment added to their November 26th paycheck.

The program will be funded by the  Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief grant for Federal COVID-19 relief, not local dollars.
