Here's Why the Lake View Chiefs are Returning to Lake View Stadium

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo ISD is excited and proud to announce our 2021 graduation ceremonies celebrating Central High School and Lake View High School students are scheduled to be held in-person at the following dates, times and locations:

All ceremonies will be ticketed events. For Central High School and Lake View High School, each graduate will receive ten (10) tickets. Information about securing tickets will be provided in a separate communication from the students’ campus.

After thoughtful consideration, SAISD opted for outdoor ceremonies for Central and Lake View in light of the continued uncertainty of large indoor gatherings and restrictions, and to provide an opportunity to increase attendance for the ceremonies in a safer environment. Morning times were selected for safety reasons as well since summer morning average temperatures are cooler than evenings.

All ceremonies will be recorded and broadcast on Suddenlink Channel 4 in San Angelo and uploaded to the SAISD Youtube channel. The District is also reviewing opportunities to live-stream the ceremonies on the internet so that family members and supporters may watch together in real-time from any location.

Additional details will be provided by the respective campus closer to the event. Great effort and planning are being invested into making this a special occasion for all graduates and their families.

We look forward to recognizing our students in their caps and gowns at this important milestone and stepping off point for their future. Follow the San Angelo ISD FacebookTwitter, and website, www.saisd.org, for related updates and to stay up-to-date on San Angelo ISD.
