San Angelo ISD Will Host STEM Kids Camp

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  San Angelo ISD will be offering a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Kids Camp this summer to current 2nd - 5th grade SAISD students.  The main goal is to bring STEM to life in a fun, engaging manner, and at no charge to students.   

There will be two sessions of the camp will be offered. Students may register to attend on either July 28th or July 29th. The camp will take place from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm at Lincoln Middle School (28th) and Lee Middle School (29th).

Students will participate in five sessions throughout the day, all taught by SAISD teachers.  Sessions are divided by grade level and include topics such as Drones, Coding, Makerspace and more. Each student will receive a lunch, snacks and a goodie bag to take home. 

Online registration opens May 19th at 8:00 am and will closes May 22nd at 6:00 pm.  Enrollment is granted on a first-come first-served basis.  Parents will be notified of enrollment or waitlist on May 26th.
