STUDY: ASU Not in Top 10 List of Safest College Campuses in Texas

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A study by the company "Your Local Security" did a study on the safest colleges in Texas and ASU did not make it. 

The top of the list is Rival university Tarleton State University. The rest of the list is as follows: 

  1. Tarleton State University
  2. West Texas A & M University
  3. Stephen F Austin State University
  4. Texas State University
  5. Texas A & M University-Commerce
  6. Lee College
  7. McLennan Community College
  8. Midland College
  9. Eastfield College
  10. The University of Texas at Tyler

To make the top ten list, schools had to have a total enrollment of at least 5,000 students, offer two or four-year degrees, are a public, private, or non-profit institution and have available data.
