San Angelo Area Students Return to the Classroom on Tuesday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Concho Valley schools will be opening their doors after the Christmas holiday on Tuesday.

San Angelo ISD, Wall, Ballinger, Water Valley, Miles, Sonora, Veribest, Schleicher County and TLCA start Tuesday.

Christoval starts Wednesday. Grape Creek was supposed to start on Thursday, but due to weather started on Friday.

Grape Creek students will make up that day on Friday the Jan. 18..

Irion County started back Monday.

The San Angelo ISD will have a staff workday the day before students return.

School zones will again have reduced speed limits and additional traffic will be on area roadways.  

Drivers are urged to be aware of school buses and school zones as the new semester begins.
