San Angelo Central Bobcat Football Team to Play at Jerry's World in Arlington

The San Angelo Central High School Bobcat football team won their season opener against the Del Rio Rams 36-0 Friday night.

The Central High School Bobcats football team will play in the Southwest Showcase on Saturday, September 6 at the home field of the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.  Kick-off is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.  

The Southwest Showcase will feature seven high school football games beginning on Friday, September 5 and taking place over two days.  The Central Bobcats, who will take on the Byron Nelson High School Bobcats, were invited by event organizers to participate in the Showcase. 

Tickets will be available Tuesday, September 2 through Thursday, September 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, September 5 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, at the SAISD Athletic Department located at 1621 University. Advance tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and children.  Tickets will be $10 at the gate. Tickets purchased for the Bobcat game are good for admission to all of Saturday's games. SAISD has received a limited number tickets, and once they are sold out, tickets will only be available at the gate.
