The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Kendrick Kevon Taylor, a documented Crips gang member, to its Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List following a fatal shooting in Lubbock last month.
A Texas mother and her boyfriend are accused of abusing her 2-year-old son, including dousing him with boiling pasta water and failing to report his injuries, police say.
