GRAPHIC VIDEO: Jury Trial for Father and Son Who Killed Neighbor in Alleyway Begins in the Big Country

ABILENE, TX – The trial of the State of Texas vs Michael and Johnnie Miller began on Monday morning in Abilene, confirms court documents.

The Millers are a father and son from Abilene who are accused of murdering 37-year-old Aaron Howard in Sep. 2018. The two were caught on camera shooting Howard four times, three times with a pistol and once with a shot gun. See the shooting in the video above. The video contains extremely graphic content so viewers discretion is advised.

What the public does already knows is that the two shot Howard after an argument broke out over a mattress. However what we do not know is what happened prior to the argument.

Defense firm 'Sparks  Law Firm' out of Fort Worth, led by Justin and Ken Sparks, will have to prove to the jury that the two were acting in self defense.

For the state, Chief Prosecutor of the 42nd District and Taylor Country District Attorney James Hicks will seek to put the two men behind bars for life. The trial will begin today and will likely end later this week.

For some unknown reason, everytime I see the above photo, "You might be a redneck" pops into my head. Soon to be imprisoned rednecks, where they'll be given shirts.

Watching the video, I say they were justified. He threatened to kill them and said they were dead men. Do it now or later. One less bad guy in the gene pool
