... " NOT " ... and from what little I could see of his face (hardly nothing) he looked as if he was wearing a "Mask" ... and that's the problem with people wearing mask ... when they don't need to ... like alone in their car ... or walking down a sidewalk or street... when there is no one else next to them. Every "Slug-Thug" criminal will use this "mask wearing " thing to their advantage. Be prepared to see more burglaries and criminals in the COSA ... and across the country! If everyone starts this silly "fad" of wearing a mask when they don't medically need to ... it's going to be extremely difficult if not impossible to identify criminals... especially if they are not leaving other evidence like fingerprints and footprints. The advice that I "would" share ... would not mean anything to anyone that wanted to walk around with a mask on when they don't medically need to ... so, I won't say anything else about it! People are going to do ... what they want to do ... wheater or not it makes any logical sense... anyway!
