ABILENE, TX — The Abilene Police Department is investigating after a 29-year-old man was found dead Saturday.
A resident reported finding an injured man lying in their backyard at about 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, according to police.
By the time officers arrived, the man was motionless and pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was identified as Curtis Foley of Abilene. No cause of death was provided.
No arrests have been made, though one person has been questioned by police.
The investigation remains ongoing.
