Scurry County Seeks Man on Warrants Tied to Probation Revocation After Fatal Dog Attack

 

SNYDER, TX — The Scurry County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Marco Anthony Aguirre, 40, who has outstanding warrants for a motion to revoke probation in a case involving a dog attack that caused a death, and for contempt of court. 

Aguirre is described as a Hispanic male who is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Warrants for his arrest have been issued, according to a notice posted Wednesday on the Scurry County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. 

Anyone with information on Aguirre’s whereabouts should contact the Scurry County Sheriff’s Office immediately at 325-573-3551. The public is advised not to take any police action and not to post tips on Facebook.
