San Angelo Man Booked on Three Counts of Sexual Assault of a Child

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A San Angelo man was arrested June 23 on three counts of sexual assault of a child. 

Jacob Alan Weaver, 21, was booked into the Tom Green County Jail just before 5 p.m. that day by the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office. Booking records list his bond as no bond. 

Court documents show Weaver faces three second-degree felony charges. A Tom Green County grand jury indicted him on June 10 in the 391st District Court. The indictment alleges that on or about Sept. 1, Sept. 29, and Oct. 28, 2025, Weaver intentionally and knowingly sexually assaulted a child younger than 17. 

A capias was issued June 11 and served June 23. 

Court records list a no-contact order regarding the victim.

The case, No. D-26-0466-SB, is pending before Judicial Officer Brad Goodwin. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 14, 2026, at 9 a.m. Weaver has two other pending felony cases in the court, records show. Both of those cases are related to credit/debit card abuse.
