Man Wanted on Sex Offender Registration, Indecent Exposure Warrants

SAN ANGELO, TX — Concho Valley Crime Stoppers and the Texas Department of Public Safety are seeking the public’s help to locate Carlos Luis Rangel, who has outstanding warrants in the community. 

Rangel is wanted on warrants for “Sex Offenders Duty to Register” and indecent exposure to a minor, according to an alert posted by authorities. 

Anyone with information on Rangel’s whereabouts is urged to contact Concho Valley Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 325-658-HELP (4357), online through Concho Valley Crime Stoppers or via the P3 Tips App. A cash reward may be available. 

Officials emphasize that tipsters do not have to give their names and that every tip helps keep the Concho Valley safer. Never attempt to apprehend a suspect yourself.
