SAN ANGELO, TX — An alleged stabbing occurred in San Angelo on Wednesday morning.
Around 11:15 a.m., San Angelo police responded to the area of Malone Street and Harris Avenue for a stabbing call. Crime scene tape was observed by reporters on scene, and San Angelo Police Chief Travis Griffith is on scene as well.
An ambulance was seen leaving the scene.
