High-Speed Pursuit Ends in Arrest After 100+ MPH Chase on I-10

 

KIMBLE COUNTY, TX — A suspect was taken into custody Tuesday after leading law enforcement officers on a high-speed pursuit that reached over 100 mph along Interstate 10, according to the Kimble County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies from Kimble County and officers with Junction Police assisted the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office in stopping the vehicle following multiple successful spike deployments. The pursuit ended when the car left the roadway and came to a stop in a bar ditch on East Ranch Road 2169 between the area known as “the Bogs.”

The driver, whose identity was not immediately released, was arrested and transported to the Kerr County Jail.
