AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety has named Robert Bustrillo-Vasquiez, a violent criminal illegal immigrant with a history of deportations and sexual assault charges, as September’s Featured Fugitive on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list. A reward of up to $6,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest if the tip is received within the month.
Bustrillo-Vasquiez, 33, is a Honduran national wanted out of Bexar County since Aug. 11 on multiple felony charges, including aggravated kidnapping with bodily injury/sexual abuse, aggravated sexual assault, and smuggling of persons.
According to DPS, Bustrillo-Vasquiez has been deported multiple times since 2010, with his most recent deportation occurring in February 2018. He has served federal prison time for felony reentry into the United States and was previously arrested in 2013 and 2014 by the Austin Police Department for assault.
Bustrillo-Vasquiez is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 155 pounds. He is believed to have ties to the San Antonio and Austin areas and has a distinct tattoo on the inner part of his right forearm.

All tips are anonymous, and tipsters are issued a unique number in place of a name to claim any reward.
So far in 2025, law enforcement agencies have arrested 48 individuals from the Texas 10 Most Wanted lists, including 17 sex offenders and 12 criminal illegal immigrants. A total of $37,000 in rewards has been paid for information that led to arrests.
