SAN ANGELO, TX — Emergency crews were dispatched a little after 8:30 p.m. Thursday to a reported dog bite in the 3200 block of Sunset Drive.
San Angelo police responded to the scene and requested animal control. Medics also arrived on scene.
According to emergency dispatch audio, a tourniquet was requested for a victim suffering from a “hemorrhage or laceration.” The extent of the injuries is unclear, and it has not been confirmed whether the victim was transported to a hospital.
By the time a San Angelo LIVE! reporter arrived, all medical units had cleared the scene.
The San Angelo Police Department has been contacted for additional information.
