Abilene Woman Arrested in Aggravated Assault Case, Brother Remains at Large

 

ABILENE, TX — A woman wanted in connection to multiple aggravated assault charges was arrested Tuesday in Abilene, according to police.

Keighvoucia Lamb was taken into custody without incident in a South Abilene neighborhood on April 29, 2025, with support from the Texas Attorney General’s Office. She was transported to the Taylor County Jail and is being held on three counts of aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, and one count of false report to police, a Class B misdemeanor. Her total bond was set at $272,000.

Lamb and her brother, Ivonyai Lamb, had previously been featured on Abilene Crime Stoppers as a wanted duo. Ivonyai remains at large and is currently the featured suspect. A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

The Abilene Police Department thanked the public for tips that helped locate and apprehend Keighvoucia Lamb. Anyone with information on Ivonyai Lamb’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Abilene Crime Stoppers at (325) 676-8477. Tips may remain anonymous and could result in a cash reward.
