According to court documents, on June 21, 2024, the investigator was dispatched to the San Angelo Police Department, 401 E. Beauregard Ave., regarding an aggravated sexual assault of a child complaint.
The investigator met with a witness who stated that the child victim made an outcry of being sexually assaulted by the defendant, identified as Montanio. The witness said that the child told her Montanio requested to play a game called “Husband and Wife," which is when he sexually assaulted the victim.
