SAN ANGELO, TX — A man indicted last year for allegedly strangling his girlfriend was arrested in San Angelo on Feb. 13 after landing on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted list.

Dylan Michael Carroll, 26, was wanted since November 2024 for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and a probation violation out of South Carolina.
