SAN ANGELO, TX— A San Angelo man has been arrested for possessing lewd images of children.
Bradley Bunch, 28, of San Angelo, was arrested on Jan. 17, 2025, for possession of child pornography with less than 100 visual depictions.
According to court documents, investigators received cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that said back in August 2024, an unknown person had uploaded an image of suspected children pornography using Instagram, Snapchat, and Discord.
The cyber tips provided the investigator with the IP address used to upload the graphic images. Then, the investigator submitted a grand jury subpoena to Frontier Communications for the subscriber information associated with the IP address. Frontier returned an address on the 3700 block of Millbrook Drive in San Angelo.
The investigator submitted subpoenas to Instagram, Snapchat, and Discord for the account information who then provided information that led to Bradley Bunch being identified as a suspect.
On Jan. 16, 2025, a search warrant was executed at the address on the 3700 block of Millbrook Drive, where Bunch was located inside the residence. His electronic devices were seized as evidence.
While deputies searched the residence, an interview was conducted with Bunch where he allegedly confirmed the Instagram, Snapchat, and Discord accounts were all his accounts. He then provided additional information such as his phone number and email address.
Bunch allegedly admitted that he did have possession of the child pornography and stated that he did upload the image to his Instagram, Snapchat, and Discord.
Bunch was arrested on January 17, 2025, and was released on January 18, 2025, on $15,000 bond.
