Shot Fired During Altercation at Big Spring Motel; No Active Threat, Police Say

 

BIG SPRING, TX — An altercation at the Advantage Inn on January 16 resulted in a shot being fired, according to the Big Spring Police Department.

Officers responded to the incident around 10:40 a.m. after reports of a conflict between two individuals. Both the victim and the suspect left the scene before authorities arrived.

Police confirmed that there is no active threat to the public. The investigation is ongoing.
