Shooting Victim Refuses to Tell Police Who Shot Him

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo police are in a quandary following a shooting that happened in the early morning hours of Oct 27 on N. Van Buren St.

According to police, officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at a home in the 1000 block of N. Van Buren concerning a man who was shot. When police arrived, the shooting victim had already departed in a private vehicle by a family member to Shannon ER.

At Shannon, the shooting victim was able to talk but police said he was uncooperative. He refused to press charges against the person who shot him. Police are stuck with no way to identify the shooter and the case will likely remain unresolved. However, police said they will continue to receive information about this incident.
