GARDEN RIDGE, TX – A Davenport High School teacher was arrested on October 3, 2024, after deputies responded to a call about suspicious activity at a construction site in Garden Ridge.
Upon arrival at the 22,000 block of Citadel Point, authorities found 51-year-old Jennifer Massey of Selma and a male juvenile engaged in sexual contact.
Massey, who teaches art at Davenport High, is charged with a second-degree felony for an improper relationship between an educator and a student. She is currently being held at the Comal County Jail, and no bond has been set.
The Comal County Sheriff’s Office stated that the initial investigation revealed the inappropriate contact but did not disclose further details. Massey’s arrest took place just minutes from her school, where she has taught for several years, according to reports.
According to Texas Penal Code § 21.12, engaging in sexual contact with a student is a second-degree felony, which Massey now faces. Davenport High School has since placed Massey on leave, with school officials reportedly informing parents that she will not be returning to her position.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information is expected as the legal process unfolds.

So as I wrote elsewhere, before we were interrupted by business as usual: Young voters, if you don't vote for Trump he will sell you to the Zetas. They might just take the parts they want and leave you like a cow in the field. No one will even admit that it happened—not to each other and not to themselves.
