SAN ANGELO, TX— A San Angelo man and habitual offender has been arrested for threatening to kill two people.

Fabian Delgado, 36, of San Angelo, has been arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

According to court documents, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, around 2 a.m., San Angelo police were dispatched to the 200 block of Dellwood Drive in San Angelo regarding a disturbance. When officers arrived, they contacted the victims who were both allegedly assaulted by Delgado.

Body camera footage of the witness was reviewed and in her verbal statement, she said that she heard the victim yelling for her. The witness entered the room and saw that the victim had injuries to her face and was bleeding so the witness got between the victim and Delgado.

Then, the witness stated that Delgado went to retrieve a rifle from the closet and pointed it at both her and the victim when he stated that he was going to shoot them both.

The investigator reviewed a photo of the victim that was taken by the witness. The victim was observed to have swelling on the top and bottom lips, swelling and bruising on her left eye, and a knot with bruising on her forehead.
