Speed Racer Arrested Along with Drunks, Druggies, and Thieves Overnight

Speed Racer, also known as Jaime Almaguer, 25, was arrested for racing on a highway by the San Angelo police and booked into the jail at 6:31 a.m. yesterday morning. He was released on a $500 bond at 1:13 p.m. We have no idea with whom he was racing because no one else was arrested for that charge. 

Among the highest bonds set are two notable arrests.

San Angelo police arrested Cody Cobb, 28, for theft of property of something of value between $100 and $750. The magistrate judge set his bond at $4,000. Adam Hernandez, 43, was picked up on a motion to revoke his probation on charges of evading arrest and trespassing. His bond was set at $4,500.
