SAN ANGELO, Texas—Corrections Officers at the Tom Green County Jail report 16 individuals were booked since the last daily update on charges ranging from Criminal Negligent Homicide to Assault to Drug Possession and Public Intoxication.

Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Morgan Lashea Palmour, 27, for a Grand Jury Indictment Warrant for Criminal Negligent Homicide. She was booked into the TGCJ at 3:41 p.m. Monday. She is being held without bond at this time. Palmour was the driver in a fatal crash near Grape Creek in July 2023 in which her 2-year-old daughter died.
Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Filberto Corrales, 54, for a Grand Jury Indictment Warrant for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction. He was booked into jail at 11:37 a.m. Monday. He is being held without bond.
