San Angelo Police arrested Elizabeth Grace Villarreal, 20, of Ozona, for Speeding, Misc VPTA, and VPTA (Uniform Act) ICON. She was booked into jail at 6:23 p.m. Sunday and released at 7:43 p.m. after posting $1,814.00 bond.
