VIDEO: Package Thief Uses Trash Bag For Cover

SACREMENTO, CA - A homeowner in California had a package stolen off his porch from a thief using a trash bag for concealment. 

It happened at a residence in north Sacramento. 

Video shows a person crouched inside a trash bag, slowly waddling to the homeowner's doorstep, picking up a small package, and waddling away. 

The stolen item was said to be non-expensive, and the owner found it humorous.
