Houston 'Bloods' Gangster Tops Most Wanted List

AUSTIN — Mack Arthur Kizzee III, a 29-year-old affiliated with the Bloods gang and hailing from Houston, has been designated as this month's Featured Fugitive by Texas authorities. The reward for any information leading to his arrest has been upped to $6,000 throughout March, provided the tip is received within this timeframe.

Kizzee has been on the run since January 2023, following a warrant issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for a parole violation. Simultaneously, a warrant was also issued out of Montgomery County for his arrest on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Previously, in 2015, Kizzee was convicted of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, resulting in a ten-year sentence in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison. He was released on parole in January 2022.

Described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, Kizzee is known to have tattoos adorning his chest, neck, both arms, and shoulders. Individuals seeking further information or updates regarding his arrest are encouraged to refer to Kizzee’s wanted bulletin.

The initiative, funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, Texas Crime Stoppers, offers cash rewards to individuals who provide crucial information leading to the arrest of Texas' 10 Most Wanted Fugitives or Sex Offenders. In 2023, a collaborative effort by the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and other law enforcement agencies resulted in the apprehension of 47 individuals from these lists, including 23 sex offenders and 12 gang members. Furthermore, a total of $111,500 in rewards were disbursed for tips that facilitated arrests.

To qualify for cash rewards, tipsters must relay information to authorities using one of the following three methods:

  1. Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
  2. Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive in question and clicking the provided link below their picture.
  3. Submit a Facebook tip by accessing the "SUBMIT A TIP" link under the "About" section.

Assurance is provided that all tips remain anonymous, regardless of the chosen method of submission, with tipsters being assigned a unique tip number instead of disclosing personal information.

DPS investigators collaborate with local law enforcement agencies in the selection of fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders Lists. Individuals interested in viewing the current lists, along with accompanying photographs, are directed to visit the DPS website for further details.
