San Angelo Police arrested John Sydney Lewis, 44, for Theft of Property valued at less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions. He was booked into the TGCJ at 4:05 p.m. Sunday. His bond is recommended at $15,000.00.
Texas DPS Troopers arrested Edward Vahn Edgar, 29, for Reckless Driving and DWLI. He was booked into jail at 12:33 p.m. Sunday. He was released at 5:43 a.m. Monday after posting $950.00 bond.
