SAN ANTONIO, TX — Ambrocio Cabrera was arrested in San Antonio on charges related to the possession of child pornography. According to court documents, Cabrera allegedly uploaded two videos depicting child sexual abuse to the social media platform Snapchat.
Snapchat's monitoring system detected the illicit content, prompting the platform to report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Subsequently, authorities traced the flagged account back to Cabrera, utilizing his IP address to identify his location at an address on Spring Oak Drive.
Cabrera now faces charges of Possession of Child Pornography and has been taken into custody. He is currently held at Bexar County Jail with a set bond of $50,000. A preliminary court hearing is scheduled for March 20 to address the allegations against him
