Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Mason Fulton, 22, for Manslaughter after he pleaded guilty to the charge in District Court and was sentenced to prison. He was booked into the TGCJ at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday. The date of the offense is listed as February 21, 2022. He is being held without bond.
A San Angelo City Marshal arrested Patrick Anthony McDougle, 29, on a Warrant out of Dawson County for Abandonment Endangering a Child by Criminal Negligence and 3 CPF warrants. He was booked into jail at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday. His bond is listed at $25,000.00. A Patricia McDougle, 31, was arrested by a San Angelo City Marshal at the same time on three CPF warrants. She was booked into jail at 11:38 a.m. No bond is listed.
