SAN ANGELO, Texas—Law enforcement officials arrested and booked 18 individuals into the Tom Green County Jail in the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Assault, Organized Crime, Auto Theft, and Injury to a Child.

Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Sebastian Xavier Hawthorne, 26, for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled With Intent to Cause Bodily Injury. He was booked into the TGCJ at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday. His bond is listed at $75,000.00.
Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies also arrested Narinesa Renea Jones-McDowell, 20, of Houston, TX for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. She was booked into jail at 11:38 a.m. and released at 12:43 p.m. She was released on Probation.
Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies arrested Bryan Ray Donaldson, 26, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth/Fentanyl. He was booked into jail at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday. Bond will be set later at a magistrate hearing before a Justice of the Peace.
