Details of How San Angelo's Creepy @SexiestPimp08 was Arrested

SAN ANGELO— Information has been released regarding the arrest of Floyd Tumey, aka "SexiestPimp08," who was arrested for possessing graphic and lewd photographs of children.

Floyd Tumey, 33, of San Angelo, was arrested earlier this week on December 19, 2023, for Possession of Child Pornography.

According to court documents, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent a cyber tip to the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office which provided information that a Google email account called “sexiestpimp08” had uploaded 16 videos and one image containing what was believed to be child pornography about six months ago in June 2023. This tip provided the birthday, phone number, and another email address. Then, another cyber tip came through that same account that uploaded another 76 videos and images containing more of the disgusting content.

The files were reviewed and confirmed to contain obvious child pornography. Many of the videos and images were of adult men abusing both extremely young boys and girls. A subpoena was submitted to Frontier Communications for the IP address that had accessed to the Google account associated with “sexiestpimp08”. That IP address came back to a residence on the 2500 block of Bowie Street in San Angelo, Texas.

It was confirmed with the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems and the Tom Green County Appraisal District that the house on the 2500 block of Bowie Street, and the Google email account “sexiestpimp08”, were owned by Tumey.

Google also received a search warrant for all the media associated with Tumey’s creepy email account. The search revealed child pornography and inappropriate selfie images of Tumey were all in the media files that NEMEC received.

Of course, all the electronic devices Tumey owned were seized and an interview was conducted with him. It was in this interview that Tumey allegedly said that he had accessed child pornography in the past using social media apps and he also allegedly admitted to viewing the abhorrent images involving non-consenting children in the past. He also said that he has saved the nasty pictures to his cellphone but has since deleted it.

One of the videos Tumey uploaded was 45 seconds and depicted an eight-year-old child being raped by an adult man. The children, boys and girls, in a handful of the videos were in the age range of three-years-old to eight-years-old and had both adult men and adult women abusing the children. These adult individuals were engaging in sexual abuse of the children. The videos that were described in the affidavit were no longer than a minute. 

He was arrested by the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office on December 19, 2023, and was released on December 23, 2023, on $125,000 bond.
