Texas DPS Troopers arrested Brandy Dawn Todd, 29, of Odessa for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, Manufacture/Delivery of between 200 grams and 400 grams of Meth, Possession of less than 28 grams of Xanax, and Tampering with Evidence with the Intent to Impair Investigation. She was booked into the TGCJ at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday. Her bond is listed at $1,000.00 on the Marijuana charge. A Justice of the Peace will set bond on the other charges at a magistrate hearing Thursday.
Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies arrested Gregory Garivay, 21, for Possession of between 4 grams and 400 grams of THC, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, and Driving While License Invalid with a Previous Conviction/Suspension without Fine or Restitution. He was booked into jail at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday. His bond is listed at $1,000.00 on the weapon and license charge. Bond will be set Thursday on the drug charge.
San Angelo Police arrested Danny Garcia, 41, for Driving While License Invalid with a Previous Conviction/Suspension without Fine or Restitution, FTA and No Fishing License When Required. He was booked into jail at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday and released at 10:58 a.m. after posting $1,053.80 bond.
