San Angelo Police arrested Stephen James Ybarra, 34, on several charges including a warrant out of Callahan County for Manufacture/Delivery of more than 400 grams of Meth, Theft of Property valued between $100 and $750, Criminal Trespass and a Parole Violation. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 12:00 a.m. Tuesday. His bond is listed at $51,000.00.
Margaret Grace Fay, 39, was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies on a Warrant out of Lubbock County for MTR Fraud Use/Possession of Identifying Information between 10 and 50 items. She was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 8"54 a.m. Monday. She is being held without bond pending a magistrate hearing before a Justice of the Peace.
Rayven Ellemay George, 21, was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies for Solicitation from the Highway, CPF Driving While Intoxicated, and FTA x2. She was booked into jail at 3:31 p.m. Monday. Her bond is listed at $726.00.
