SAN ANGELO, Texas—In the past 24 hours, law enforcement officials arrested and booked 15 individuals into the Tom Green County Jail on various charges, including Tampering with Evidence, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Racing on the Highway.

Robert Elliot, 34, of Midland was arrested by DPS Troopers for Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth/Fentanyl and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair Investigation. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday. His bond has not been set.
Stephen Carl Stapler, 37, of Midland was also arrested by DPS Troopers for Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth/Fentanyl and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair Investigation. He was booked into jail at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday. His bond has also not been set.
Kaden Alonzo Jones, 19, was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies for RPR Racing on the Highway. He was booked into jail at 12:24 p.m. and released at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday after posting $1,000.00 bond.
Joshua Alexander Acosta, also 19, was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies for VOP Racing on the Highway. He was booked into jail at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday and released at 2:58 p.m. after posting $1,000.00 bond.
