SAN ANGELO, Texas—In the past 24 hours, law enforcement officials arrested and booked 14 individuals into the Tom Green County Jail on various charges, including Manslaughter and Federal Explosives and Firearms Violations.

23-year-old Benjamin Isais Ibarra of San Angelo was arrested by San Angelo Police for Manslaughter. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 11:55 p.m. Monday night. He is being held without bond. As we reported first and exclusively last night, a 23-year-old woman was shot and killed in Southland. Authorities have not confirmed the identity of the shooter or the victim.
Rene Ricardo Leija, 45, was arrested on federal charges including Components of Explosives, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and a U.S. Marshal Hold. He was booked into jail at 9:30 a.m. Monday. His bond is listed at $175,000.00.
