23-year-old Dylan McClelland was arrested by San Angelo Police for Theft of Property between $100 and $750 and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 7:51 p.m. Friday and released at 7:28 a.m. Saturday after posting $1,162.00 bond.
27-year-old Amber Hanna Nicole Grooms was also arrested by San Angelo Police for Theft of Property between $100 and $750, Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Trespass. She was booked into jail at 7:45 p.m. Friday and released at 7:43 a.m. Saturday after posting $1,662,00 bond.
51-year-old Joe Frausto was arrested by San Angelo Police for Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content above .15. He was booked into jail at 12:21 a.m. Saturday. His bond is listed at $1,500.00.
