52-year-old Russell Scott Anderson was arrested by Irion Co. Sheriff's Deputies for Forgery of a Financial Instrument Valued between $2,500 and $30,000 If At Trial. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday. His bond is listed at $50,000.00.
37-year-old Jose A. Gutierrez-Rivas of Edinburg, TX was arrested by DPS Troopers on a Warrant out of Reeves County for Theft of Property Valued between $2,500 and $30,000. He was booked into jail at 10:59 p.m. Tuesday. His bond is listed at $20,000.00.
41-year-old Sondra Yvonne Tapia was arrested by a U.S. Marshal on a United States Marshal Hold Warrant. She was booked into jail at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday. She is being held without bond pending being transferred to Custody of Federal officials.
