SAN ANGELO, TX – More than a dozen suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility over the past 24 hours.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 15 arrests including the following:
- Jasmin Vazquez was arrested for public intoxication and walking with the flow of traffic on Oct. 20, 2023 at 2:56 a.m. Her bond was set at $726.
- Shanna Kauffman was arrested for class c theft, walking with traffic, and five MISC FTAs on Oct. 19, 2023 at 5:20 p.m. His bond was set at $3,677.80.
There are currently 499 inmates in the TGCDF as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Oct. 19, 2023:
- Erik Sanchez was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Oct. 20, 2023 at 4:24 a.m.. His bond was set at $1,000.
- Jasmin Vazquez was arrested for public intoxication and walking with the flow of traffic on Oct. 20, 2023 at 2:56 a.m. Her bond was set at $726.
- Jimmie Hageman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, failure to spay/neuter, and one MISC FTA on Oct. 20, 2023 at 1:33 a.m. His bond was set at $1,054.
- Joshua Fulsom was arrested for speeding and two MISC CPFs on Oct. 19, 2023 at 11:54 p.m. His bond was set at $688 and he was released on Oct. 20, 2023 at 3:28 a.m.
- Kleyton Kasner was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 19, 2023 at 10:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Jorge Luevano was arrested for speeding, one VPTA, and was jailed for COMM 3rd driving while intoxicated on Oct. 19, 2023 at 7:22 p.m. His bond was set at $581.90.
- Abel Buitron-Salas was jailed for COMM no DL on Oct. 19, 2023 at 6:53 p.m.
- Shanna Kauffman was arrested for class c theft, walking with traffic, and five MISC FTAs on Oct. 19, 2023 at 5:20 p.m. His bond was set at $3,677.80.
- Billy Hamm was arrested for evading arrest with a previous conviction, failure to identify as a fugitive, and a MISC parole warrant on Oct. 19, 2023 at 4:41 p.m. His bond was set at $500.
- Rogelio Gaspar was arrested for failure to quarantine and a MISC FTA on Oct. 19, 2023 at 4:27 p.m. His bond was set at $1,154 and he was released on Oct.19, 2023 at 9:13 p.m.
- Kwame Collins was arrested for reckless driving and failure to control speed on Oct. 19, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. His bond was set at $940 and he was released on Oct. 19, 2023 at 6:13 p.m.
- Manuel Tanguma was arrested for public intoxication on Oct. 19, 2023 at 1:51 p.m. HIs bond was set at $462.
- Hugo Vasquez was arrested for public intoxication, RPR criminal trespassing, and four MISC FTAs on Oct. 19, 2023 at 11:29 a.m. His bond was set at $3,594.
- Timothy Bahl was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding great on Oct. 19. 2023 at 10:39 a.m. He was released at 11:28 a.m.
- Tabitha Smith was arrested for a MISC parole violation on Oct. 19, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
