CISCO— Three Dallas men has been arrested and booked into the Eastland County Jail after they fled from police.
According to a Facebook post by the Cisco Police Department, Wade Cox, 34, Kiheiv Mollice, 22, and Kevin Thomas Rogers, 35, were traveling in a silver Mitsubishi sedan and officers attempted to stop them. They had come to a stop near the Westbound roadside park, just west of Cisco. When officers were approaching the vehicle, it sped off but not before one male subject had jumped out of the car.
The pursuit ended near the 312-mile marker on North Service in Callahan County. The driver attempted to flee on foot and the front seat passenger was immediately taken into custody. The driver was then captured by the Callahan County Sheriff’s Office after a small-scale manhunt was conducted. The third passenger was taken into custody around 6:00 p.m. after being taken into custody just outside Cisco City Limits on Highway 2945.
The front seat passenger was identified as Cox, the driver was identified as Mollice, and the other passenger was identified as Thomas Rogers. Mollice was found to have several outstanding warrants.
A large quantity of marijuana was found where Thomas Rogers initially fled from the vehicle. All three have been charged with Possession of Marijuana <5 lbs. Mollice faces felony Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle charges and Rogers has been charged with Evading Arrest on Foot. Cox faces an additional Possession of a Dangerous Drug charge.
