Boney and Not So Sly: Couple Caught on Camera Stealing from San Angelo's Lowes

SAN ANGELO, TX –The San Angelo Police Department is on the hunt for a couple of thieves who were caught on camera stealing power tools from Lowe's.

According to the SAPD, on Oct. 19, 2023, the police issued a BOLO notice for citizens to be on the lookout for a man and a woman who were caught stealing tools. The following photo provided by the SAPD shows the couple's faces.
