Symphony Member's Cello Stolen in Downtown San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A theft in Downtown San Angelo has left a San Angelo Symphony member stuck without a cello.

According to a post from the symphony's Facebook page, on Oct. 7, 2023, the musician's cello was stolen from their car at Zero One Ale House.

The San Angelo Police are aware of the theft and are currently investigating.

"Please keep your eye out & let us know if you see someone trying to sell the instrument on social media or otherwise," stated the SAS's Facebook. "The cello is a Marilyn Wallin make and is dated 2002."
