53-year-old Simon Jerry Lopez was arrested by San Angelo Police for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. The offense date is listed in electronic records as Sept. 24, 2023. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 6:24 p.m. Friday. His bond is listed at $25,000.00.
35-year-old Hunter Higgins was arrested by Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies for a list of charges including Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, GOB Theft of Property greater than $1,500 with 2 or more Previous Convictions, GOB Possession of Marijuana, GOB Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth, GOB Possession of less than 1 gram of THC, GOB Possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of THC, GJI Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth, and GJI Possession of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth. He was booked into jail at 1 a.m. Saturday. He is being held without bond.
