46-year-old Andres 'Andy X' Andrade was arrested by San Angelo Police on charges of Online Impersonation-Name/Persona Creating a Page, and Possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of Meth/Fentanyl. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 7:49 p.m. His bond is listed at $250,000.00. Andrade was sentenced to eight years in prison for Manslaughter in 1997.
34-year-old Thomas Fox was arrested on a warrant out of Ripley County, IN for Fugitive from Justice. He was booked into jail at 12:21 p.m. Friday. He is being held without bond awaiting extradition.
