Menard Man Sentenced for Revenge P0rn

SAN ANGELO, TX – A Menard man on Thursday pleaded guilty to publishing revenge porn in a plea deal.

According to court documents, on Sep. 6, 2023, Elliot Wallace, 40, pleaded guilty to publishing intimate visual material. In exchange for the deal, Wallace was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation.

Wallace was found guilty of sharing a video of his significant other performing sexual acts. The victim knew she was being recorded, but the documents state those videos were expected to remain private.

Documents allege that Wallace posted the videos to embarrass the victim.
