39-year-old Shena Marie Manley was arrested by San Angelo Police for Parent Contributing to Non-attendance at SAISD, Failure to Identify a Fugitive by Intentionally Giving False Information, Driving While License Invalid with a Previous Conviction/Suspension without Fine/Restitution, CPF x5, and FTA. She was booked into jail at 2:44 a.m. Wednesday. Her bond is listed at $7,074.00.
