34-year-old Elias Joseph Perales of Kyle, TX was arrested by San Angelo Police on a number of drug related charges including Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Meth, between 4 grams and 200 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Signal Intent to Turn.
